I will never return to World Ford because they stole from me and tried to get me to spend $1700 for something I got fixed by an honest service company for $130. I called to discuss with them, told my story asking for the $88 they stole from me back and of course they have not called me back. I buy on average a new car each 18 months, was it worth the $88 to never have me come on their lot and to tell my story every chance I get???Barry Abbott 850-380-1548

A dealer should want to treat you with good service if they expect to get you to purchase your next vehicle from them. I took my F-350 in for a oil leak and they broke the fuel bowl drain off while fixing the leak. Now they won't stand behind their work and fix the drain valve. Not only that they should have fixed it when they broke it not waiting till I had to change my fuel filter two years later to find they had broke it. Now they say they won't replace it because the truck went out of warrenty in May 2008. This is what I consider poor service.

You have no idea the hours or the verbal lashings these salespeople take on a daily basis. If a car has been wrecked, rebuilt or has problems - there is no way the sales people at world ford can know this. Their job is to sell the cars that are on the lot. Most of the sales people that are at World Ford are decent kind people. They are not there to rip you off. They do not know the lowest price they can take on a car - they have to go to the sales manager to get the numbers. If you have problems with World Ford - there is a process to go through - first Marius Telehoi - the General Manager there. If that doesn't Work - go to Keith Monihan his supervisor. Secondly, you can go to Group One which owns the Company. You can even write Ford directly or call them to tell them of your concerns. These owners can not fix things if they don't know what is going on and writing on here won't change a thing.I personally have problems with management. I won't go into the details here because what I say
